This last week has been a bit difficult on a number of Christian leaders in both Oneness and trinitarian camps. My hope is that we can join together in prayer for each of these men and their families.
Mom passed away peacefully at 84. Thankful that despite Alzheimer's she recognized us until hospice last week.

For those of you who don’t know, Dr. David Bernard is currently the General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church International. He is a man I have respected from my youth, and a significant portion of this website will be devoted to examining his books on Oneness Pentecostal theology.
Dr. Bernard announced on twitter just a couple of days ago that his mother passed away. It’s clear from his tweets that he has peace that his mother is now with the Lord. Please pray for Dr. Bernard’s father as well, since he now survives his wife.

I might be late to the party on this, by apparently the great Christian philosopher and apologist Dr. J.P. Moreland of Biola University has skin cancer. According to the news that Dr. Moreland has released, his skin cancer is very rare as well. He has some difficult procedures ahead, and I’m hopeful that the Lord will give him strength.
As a quick aside: Dr. Moreland and William Lane Craig’s book Philosophical Foundations for a Christian Worldview is one of my most highly-recommended books, and it’s proven to be a valuable resource to me over the years. I’ve also benefitted greatly from Dr. Moreland’s book Love Your God with All Your Mind.
I’m sure that I’ll discuss aspects of both of these books in time.
My first video blog, with more details about my diagnosis. Thanks for fasting and praying, please keep going!https://t.co/nb5WgHqlu0

Dr. Nabeel Qureshi is a Christian apologist who has gained notoriety for his conversion to Christianity from Islam. He has published a widely-read book on the topic called Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus.
Dr. Qureshi announced just a few days ago that he has been diagnosed with a very advanced case of stomach cancer. According to him, the prognosis is very grim: he has a very small chance of living. If the Lord takes him, he will leave behind a wife and a small daughter.
